This system mainly makes production record information transparent through the management of production process, so as to make real-time statistics or check the corresponding information (consumption of labor, output, schedule and material) of products in each link of production and manage it.。

Basic information management:

Paperless operation:
The whole process of system operation shall be completed manually without human work. Work order management:
The product is controlled with the work order as the unit, and the production work order establishment personnel establishes the work order information in the system, the content roughly includes: work order information (work order number, bar code, date, construction work order personnel, etc.), product information (product number, name, specification, etc.) and so on.The work order number is the unique number to ensure that each work order information is traceable.After the work order information is established by the operator, permission management can also be set up. After permission management is set up, the work order information can be put into effect as the production order for production only when the management staff has verified and confirmed it.
